We are pleased to announce that eSolutech and IT Allianz have decided to move forward with the merger. Our official merger starting date was October 1st, 2009, when the original merger agreement was signed and filed with the State of Ohio. This merger unites two up-and-coming industry leaders, eSolutech in Web/Mobile Application developments, and IT Allianz, in Network and Security services.

Together, we are uniquely positioning ourselves to deliver innovative IT solutions to mindfully benefit people and its environment. The combined company will operate under the name of eSolutech.
